Terms Used In Utah Code 78A-2-205

  • Administrator: includes "executor" when the subject matter justifies the use. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
  • Probate: Proving a will
  • Signature: includes a name, mark, or sign written with the intent to authenticate an instrument or writing. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2) a certificate of the probate of a will, or of appointment of an executor, administrator, or guardian; or
(3) the authentication of:

     (3)(a) a copy of a record or document on file with the court; or
     (3)(b) the signature of an officer of the court.
