(1) The name of a volunteer serving in a case under Section 78A-2-803 shall be stated in the court records of the case.
(2) A volunteer of record under Subsection (1) is:
(2)(a) considered a volunteer to the juvenile court; and
(2)(b) a volunteer under Title 67, Chapter 20, Volunteer Government Workers Act.
