An appeal of an adverse determination or denial of a license, certificate, or permit application under the terms of this chapter shall be pursuant to the provisions of chapter 35 of Title 42, the “administrative procedures act”.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
