• Bequest: Property gifted by will.
• Caucus: From the Algonquian Indian language, a caucus meant "to meet together." An informal organization of members of the legislature that exists to discuss issues of mutual concern and possibly to perform legislative research and policy planning for its members. There are regional, political or ideological, ethnic, and economic-based caucuses.
• Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
• Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
• Devise: To gift property by will.
• fund: means the clean water Indiana fund established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-32-8-1
• geology: means the study of the following:

• Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.

• political subdivision: means a county, township, city, or town. See Indiana Code 14-32-8-2
• program: means the clean water Indiana program established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-32-8-3
• soil: means the surface layer of the earth that serves as a natural medium for the growth of plant life. See Indiana Code 14-32-7-5
• Testify: Answer questions in court.
