- electronic signature: has the meaning set forth in IC 26-2-8-102(10);

- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- obligations: shall include any bond, note, warrant, or other obligation; and

- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
