- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

- virtual education program: means a program provided by a school corporation in which more than fifty percent (50%) of instruction, other than instruction for recovery credit courses, to students participating in the program is provided in an interactive learning environment created through technology in which the student is separated from a teacher by time or space, or both.
