- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- organization: means any youth organization listed in Title 36 of the United States Code that has an educational purpose and promotes patriotism and civic involvement. See Indiana Code 20-26-20-1
