Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 21 > Article 49 > Chapter 2.7 - Prohibition on the Use of State Funds and Resources

  • foreign terrorist organization: refers to an organization designated by the Secretary of State of the United States as a foreign terrorist organization under Indiana Code 21-49-2.7-1
  • state sponsor of terror: means a country determined by the Secretary of State of the United States to have repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism. See Indiana Code 21-49-2.7-2
  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
