  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
  • motor fuel: includes gasoline (as defined in Indiana Code 24-4.6-5-1
  • retailer: means a person that engages in the business of selling or distributing motor fuel to an end user within Indiana. See Indiana Code 24-4.6-5-2
