Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 36 > Article 9 > Chapter 41 - Financing of Public Work Projects by Political Subdivisions

  • eligible efficiency project: means :

    Indiana Code 36-9-41-1.5

  • Highway: includes county bridges and state and county roads, unless otherwise expressly provided. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
  • Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
  • public work: means a project for the construction of any public building, highway, street, alley, bridge, sewer, drain, or any other public facility that is paid for out of public funds. See Indiana Code 36-9-41-2
  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
