Sec. 0.1. As used in this chapter, “covered communications equipment or service” means communications equipment or service (as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 1.50001(c)) that is:
(2) included on the covered list (as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 1.50001(f)) that is:
(1) determined under 47 C.F.R. § 1.50002 to pose an unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States or the security and safety of United States persons; and

- United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(A) published;
(B) maintained; and
(C) updated;
by the federal Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau on the website of the Federal Communications Commission under 47 C.F.R. § 1.50002 and 47 C.F.R. § 1.50003.
