Indiana Code 1-1-16-5. “Military installation”

Sec. 5. (a) As used in this chapter, “military installation” means:

(1) a military installation as defined in 10 U.S.C. § 2801(c)(4); or

(2) an armory (as defined in IC 10-16-1-2.5).

(b) The term includes a military base described in IC 36-7-34-3.
