Sec. 5.5. “Bona fide political party” means:
(1) a major political party; or
(2) a political party that has:
(A) nominated at least one (1) candidate for political office during the preceding five (5) years;
(B) held a convention; or
(C) raised money and filed the financial reports required by law.
