Terms Used In Indiana Code 3-6-12-6
- petition carrier: refers to an individual who circulates a petition that is required to place a candidate or a public question on the ballot. See Indiana Code 3-6-12-2
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Sec. 6. A petition carrier must satisfy all other qualifications or requirements required by the petition statute in addition to the qualifications and requirements of this chapter.
