Sec. 13. The commission may do the following:
(2) Request and review outcome data from a state agency involved in the prevention and treatment of substance abuse.
(1) Request information or presentations from state agencies.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-3-25-13
- commission: refers to the Indiana commission to combat substance use disorder established by section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-3-25-1
- state agency: means an administration, agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, committee, council, department, division, institution, office, officer, service, or other similar body of state government created or established under law. See Indiana Code 4-3-25-2
(3) Request information from experts concerning substance abuse.
(4) Make grants to the law enforcement training board created by IC 5-2-1-3 to carry out the purposes of the technical assistance center described in IC 5-2-21.2-6.
