Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, “BEAD NOFO” refers to the Notice of Funding Opportunity for the federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program, as issued by NTIA on May 12, 2022, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 1702(e)(1)(A)(i).
