Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

Sec. 5. The attorney general may file complaints with any of the entities listed in section 4 of this chapter to carry out this chapter and IC 24-9.
