Sec. 12. The following may cooperate with the attorney general’s office to implement this chapter:
(2) The state police department.
(1) The Indiana professional licensing agency and the appropriate board that regulates a health care provider or a regulated professional under IC 25.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-6-14-12
- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- health care provider: means :

- regulated professional: means an individual who is regulated by an entity described in Indiana Code 4-6-14-4
(3) A prosecuting attorney.
(4) Local law enforcement agencies.
(5) Federal law enforcement agencies.
