Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-15-17-7

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • employee organization: means an entity that works in whole or in part for the common interest of employees. See Indiana Code 4-15-17-2
  • Settlement: Parties to a lawsuit resolve their difference without having a trial. Settlements often involve the payment of compensation by one party in satisfaction of the other party's claims.
  • state: means any of the following:

is contrary to public policy and is illegal, unenforceable, void, and of no effect.
