- development committee: refers to a breed development advisory committee established by the commission under section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-31-11-1
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
Sec. 5. A member of a development committee serves a term of four (4) years. If a vacancy occurs on a development committee due to the death, resignation, or removal of a member, a new member shall be appointed to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term in the same manner as the original member was appointed under section 4 of this chapter.
