Sec. 4. A person who knowingly or intentionally:

(1) makes a false statement on an application submitted under this article;

Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |
---|---|---|
Class A misdemeanor | up to 1 year | up to $5,000 |
(2) conducts a gambling game in a manner other than the manner required under this article; or
(3) wagers or accepts a wager at a location other than a licensee’s gambling game facility;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
