Sec. 3. (a) For purposes of this chapter, county commissioner action or approval for the appropriation and expenditure of county tax money shall presuppose and include approval by the county council.
(b) A lease entered into by the board of county commissioners with the authority is valid or binding upon the county only if the lease is approved by a majority vote of the county council.Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-1.2-7-3
