Sec. 5. A depository is established in the office of each sheriff and law enforcement agency in Indiana for the purpose of collecting, maintaining, and retaining the following:
(2) No contact orders.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-2-9-5
- law enforcement agency: means the department or agency of a city, town, or tribe whose principal function is the apprehension of criminal offenders. See Indiana Code 5-2-9-1
- sheriff: refers to a county sheriff. See Indiana Code 5-2-9-3
(3) Workplace violence restraining orders.
(4) Child protective orders.
