Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
program: refers to the new business recruitment grant program established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 5-28-11.5-3

(b) The program is administered by the corporation.
