Terms Used In Indiana Code 6-1.1-36-2
- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Sec. 2. If a township assessor needs legal services, he may use the attorney appointed by the trustee of the township, or the legal services may be provided by the county.
