Sec. 14. The commission shall have the power to set standards of cleanliness and sanitation for a licensed premises and for the apparatus, equipment, utensils, accessories, articles, and fixtures used or employed in the licensed premises. The commission shall have the power to require the aid of the Indiana department of health, any local board of health, and any health officer in this state to fix and enforce these standards.
