Sec. 18.6. (a) If the commission issues a hotel permit for a hotel that meets the requirements of section 18(a)(2)(B) of this chapter, the holder of the hotel permit shall submit a floor plan or design to the commission of the premises where alcoholic beverages will be served and consumed, including any sleeping rooms of the hotel.

     (b) If the commission approves a floor plan or design described in subsection (a), the holder of the hotel permit may serve alcoholic beverages, as provided under the permit, to any building included in the floor plan or design.
