- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
Sec. 5.2. Each general partner and limited partner of a limited partnership must possess all other qualifications required of an individual applicant for that particular type of permit.
