Terms Used In Indiana Code 7.1-3-31-4

municipality: means a city or town. See Indiana Code 7.1-3-31-3
refreshment area: means an outdoor area that a municipality designates as a refreshment area as provided in this chapter. See Indiana Code 7.1-3-31-4

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “refreshment area” means an outdoor area that a municipality designates as a refreshment area as provided in this chapter.
