  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
     (b) A health and hospital corporation may enforce this chapter by filing a civil action under IC 16-22-8-31.

     (c) The department of homeland security may enforce this chapter by filing a civil action under IC 22-12-7-13.
