Terms Used In Indiana Code 8-4-1-0.3

  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
   Sec. 0.3. As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, “corporation” includes a foreign corporation, partnership, or limited liability company authorized to do business in Indiana.
