Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “fleet vehicle” means a passenger motor vehicle or a truck with a declared gross weight of not more than eleven thousand (11,000) pounds that is:
(2) registered in the program under this chapter.
(1) owned or leased by a fleet operator; and

- program: refers to the fleet registration program established under section 6 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-4
