Sec. 11. (a) The department’s facilities are available for the training of any public safety or health services provider that the department determines will benefit from the training.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 10-19-9-11

  • provider: means an officer or employee of the state, an officer or employee of a governmental unit, or a volunteer who is engaged in at least one (1) of the following activities:

     (b) The department shall determine the terms and conditions for use of the department’s facilities by the providers listed in subsection (a).
