Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “caretaker” means an individual who:
(A) is at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
(1) provides ongoing care for an individual who:

- special needs: means any of the following:
Indiana Code 12-10.5-1-2
(B) has special needs; and
(2) does not receive money for the care provided under subdivision (1).
