Indiana Code 12-14-8-7. Reporting of cancellation, revocation, or suspension of assistance

Sec. 7. Whenever assistance is:

(1) canceled;

(2) revoked;

(3) suspended; or

(4) in any way changed;

the county office shall report the decision and the record of the investigation to the division immediately.
