Sec. 3. (a) The circuit or superior court or other court with
jurisdiction in the county shall compel obedience to a
subpoena and request for the production of books, records, and papers after the requirements under subsection (b) have been satisfied.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 12-14-22-3
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
(1) Written application by the officer or employee conducting the examination.
(2) Ten (10) days notice.
(3) A showing of the probable materiality of the books, records, and papers, or, for a witness, that the witness is believed to be possessed of information material to the examination.
