Indiana Code 12-15-33-6. Ex officio members

Sec. 6. The following shall serve as ex officio members of the commission:

(1) The state health commissioner or the commissioner’s designee.

commission: refers to the Medicaid advisory commission created by this chapter. See Indiana Code 12-15-33-1
Ex officio: Literally, by virtue of one's office.

(2) The director of the division of mental health and addiction or the director’s designee.

(3) The administrator of the office.
