- buy-in program: refers to the Medicaid buy-in program for working individuals with disabilities established by section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 12-15-41-1
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.

(2) earned income; or
(3) income from self-employment.
