- school age child care program: means a program operated by a school corporation or a nonprofit organization that offers care to children who are at least five (5) years of age but less than fifteen (15) years of age for the following periods of time:

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “facility” means a school or other building in which a school age child care program is operated.
