- ginseng: refers to American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius L. See Indiana Code 14-31-3-2
- harvest season: means the season established by the commission under section 14(b)(1) of this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-31-3-4
Sec. 17. A person who possesses unprocessed ginseng out of a harvest season in violation of section 10 of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
