- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 205. “Live birth” or “birth”, for purposes of IC 16-37, means the birth of a child who shows evidence of life after the child is entirely outside of the mother.
