Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-31.5-2-18

  • state: means any state, commonwealth, district, or territory of the United States. See Indiana Code 16-31.5-2-18
  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 18. As used in this article, “state” means any state, commonwealth, district, or territory of the United States.
