Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-35-10-5

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • pilot program: means the opioid addiction recovery pilot program for pregnant women and women with newborns established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 16-35-10-1
     (b) The pilot program must include treatment in a residential care facility located in the following locations:

(1) One (1) facility located in Marion County.

(2) One (1) facility located in Winchester.

(3) One (1) facility located in the southern part of Indiana.

     (c) The state department may contract with one (1) or more appropriate entities to implement this chapter.
