Sec. 3. (a) As used in this chapter, “recreational vehicle” means a vehicle with or without motive power that is equipped to be used exclusively as living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways.
(b) The term includes the following:
(1) A travel trailer, including a “fifth wheel” travel trailer towed by a truck connected to the trailer by a hitch located in the bed of the truck.
(2) A motor home.
(3) A truck camper that has an enclosure with a floor and facilities allowing it to be used as a dwelling.
