Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-23-4-36

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
     (b) The same method used to cast votes for all other offices for which candidates have qualified to be on the election ballot must be used for the governing body offices on the election ballot.
