Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-23-4-45

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
   Sec. 45. A community school corporation created or organized under this chapter may change its name at any time by adoption of a resolution by majority vote of the governing body.
