Indiana Code 20-27-7-17. Registration fee

Sec. 17. A school bus driver shall be charged the same annual registration fee for a school bus that is operated under:

(1) a transportation contract with a school corporation; or

Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

(2) a parents’ supplemental transportation contract.
