Sec. 18. “Superintendent” means:
(A) school corporation; or
(1) the chief administrative officer of a:

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(B) charter school established under IC 20-24; or
(2) a person or persons designated by the officer or by the governing body to act in the officer’s behalf in dealing with school employees.
