Indiana Code 20-34-5-4. “Licensed health care practitioner”

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “licensed health care practitioner” means an individual who:

(1) is licensed to provide health care services; and

health care services: has the meaning set forth in IC 27-8-11-1. See Indiana Code 20-34-5-2

(2) has prescriptive authority;

under IC 25.
