- center: refers to the center for deaf and hard of hearing education established by IC 20-35-11-3. See Indiana Code 20-35-12-5
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- office of the secretary: refers to the office of the secretary of family and social services established by Indiana Code 20-35-12-9
Sec. 20. Subject to any applicable federal laws, the office of the secretary and each school corporation shall provide to the center the results of all tools and assessments administered to a child in accordance with this chapter.
